Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Must have a valid CDL with hazmat endorsement
• Must have a valid MEC from a DOT-licensed medical examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of offer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports
• Preferred: HS diploma or GED; 1 year delivery experience; experience with material handling equipment; Spanish language ability

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks
• Ensure deliveries are complete and packed correctly
• Deliver to the correct customer and maintain customer satisfaction
• Load, transport and deliver items safely and on schedule
• Maintain store vehicle and report maintenance needs
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints
• Adhere to routes, time schedules and traffic laws
• Prepare delivery documentation and reports
• Operate related equipment and support store operations
