Job summary

Univar in Oklahoma City seeks a professional driver to operate and maintain company vehicles for pickups and deliveries, including hazardous materials and wastes, in full compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.

You will make timely deliveries to customers, load and unload cargo, complete inspections and paperwork for hazardous materials, maintain travel and vehicle maintenance logs, and perform other duties to ensure proper service.

Qualifications

• Acquire and maintain all required driver licenses, including Class A CDL with endorsements.
• Ability to use respirator equipment as needed.
• Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company vehicles for pickups and deliveries.
• Deliver hazmat and wastes in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Make deliveries and pickups to and from customers on a timely basis.
• Load and unload cargo.
• Perform inspections and complete paperwork for hazardous materials and waste pickup transport.
• Maintain travel and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Perform all other duties as required to ensure proper deliveries and pickups.
