Clean Harbors in San Diego, CA is seeking a Class A CDL Equipment Operator / HAZMAT Truck Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks and roll offs, on and off site. One-week Academy training out of state is required with expenses paid by the company.

Starting pay ranges from $28-$30/hr with comprehensive health benefits after 30 days of full-time employment, 401K with match, and tuition reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission and diverse Class A trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks at customer sites.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Be available for on-call emergency response as needed.
