Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Class A CDL driver with tanker experience to join our Orlando team, transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.

This role operates a range of tanker and vacuum trucks, conducts vehicle inspections, maintains digital logs, and supports loading/unloading and safety programs as part of the transportation group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1–3 years tanker/vacuum truck driving experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Willing to consent to background checks and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Willing to work flexible hours and overtime on a regular basis.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including tankers, vacuum trucks, tractor-trailers, roll-offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations.
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Properly secure loads to ensure safe and compliant transportation of materials.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.
