Job summary

Clean Harbors in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at our customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. The role also covers driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites related to hazardous waste cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days.
• Ability to use various mobile devices for job tasks.
• Ability to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test and physical may be required by position.
• Respiratory protection standards may apply for certain positions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Load and unload trucks; perform manual labor on site.
• Maintain logs, time sheets, and reports.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, environmental).
• On-call for emergency response on rotating basis; site remediation duties.
