Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking a Property Manager for a 144-unit apartment community in Hayward, CA. This full-time role oversees day-to-day operations, occupancy maintenance, and marketing programs, with a 9am-6pm schedule, Monday through Friday.

You will lead the property team, supervise staff, and drive financial performance, reporting to ownership. A Bachelor’s degree and CPM/ARM are a plus; RealPage and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Multifamily Property Manager with supervisory experience
• Experience in sales, marketing, management and customer service
• Knowledge of lease-ups, evictions, Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Knowledge of operating metrics like NOI and operating revenue

Responsibilities

• Maximize rents, operating income, and NOI
• Control operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain property appearance and manage daily maintenance
• Lead, motivate, and train property staff
• Achieve high resident and prospect satisfaction
• Complete all reports accurately and meet owner goals
• Coordinate with site managers to align with company objectives
