Responsibilities

• Walk and aggressively sell product through concourse and in-stand.
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales after the event.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to guests and staff.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate records.

The Role: The Event Day Hawker is responsible for the assertive selling of food and/or beverage through the concourse and in-stand.
