Coilcraft, Inc. in Hawarden, IA seeks an Incoming Quality Auditor to join our team. This entry-level position focuses on inspecting incoming components to ensure they meet quality standards using various inspection tools.

You will document results, communicate findings, and support root-cause analysis with accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates should have basic Excel and computer skills, be capable of standing for extended periods, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We are seeking a highly qualified individual with basic computer skills to join our team as a Incoming Quality Auditor.

Candidates must have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, a strong work ethic, basic Excel and computer skills. Attention to detail and good communication skills are necessary, will be an internal auditor reviewing for quality standards. Can use a variety of inspection/test equipment such as plugs, gages, micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machines, electrical test equipment and various hand tools. They must be on feet for extended periods, work in a team environment and handle 5-35 pounds frequently. Reading and speaking English is essential with work order standards.
