Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Activities Associate in Hawaii to lead and coordinate guest activity programs at our resort. You’ll organize lei making, hulu classes, and crafts, in coordination with the Guest Services Manager, to create memorable vacations for guests.

This temporary position runs Aug 28, 2026 through Nov 20, 2026, with shifts Tue–Thu (10:00–18:30) and Wed–Thu 9:00–5:30. Local candidates only—mahalo.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience in hospitality or service roles.
• Ability to multitask and supervise activity spaces.
• Good judgement in guest interactions.
• Follow safety and cash-handling procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and execute guest activity programs for the resort.
• Monitor, supervise, and assist guests in the activity center.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities.
• Conduct and record inspections of related activity areas in compliance with company standards and requirements.
• Manage a cash bank following proper cashiering procedures (when applicable).
• Attend and complete required resort and company trainings.
• Handle all safety issues and incidents immediately.
