• Supervises students and ensures safety while following policies.
• Prepares instructional materials and maintains classroom resources.
• Maintains attendance records and communicates student needs to the teacher.
• Engages families and participates in home visits when appropriate.
• Serves as substitute teacher when the lead teacher is absent.
