Job summary

Heavenly Vacations by Casago in Kauai, HI seeks a Property Operations & Quality Control Coordinator to ensure vacation rental homes meet company standards. You will coordinate inspections, scheduling, inventories, vendor activity, and guest/owner amenities across Kauai properties.

The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving, with ability to travel between properties and work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality, facilities, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property inspections and scheduling with Property/Asset Managers.
• Perform quality-control walkthroughs to ensure homes meet standards.
• Manage guest and owner amenities, inventory, and purchases.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling and monitor project progress.
• Maintain documentation and communication across teams.
