Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains records of maintenance and repairs for equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Cleans and maintains building interiors and exteriors, including windows and surfaces.
• Performs janitorial duties and assorted tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
