Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a Superintendent to lead a Schofield Barracks construction site. You will plan projects, schedule work, monitor subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with contract documents.

Requires experience with US Corps of Engineers and government contracting; healthcare facilities experience is a plus. Travel up to 20% and strong MS Office, P6, and ProCore skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• Experience with US Corps of Engineers and government contracting.
• Healthcare facilities project experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee construction work to meet the project plan.
• Read and interpret construction drawings to direct subcontractors.
• Manage budgets and monitor project funds and billing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant federal regulations and contracts.
• Support design reviews and coordinate with teams.
• Prepare cost accounting worksheets and reports.
