Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Hawaii.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (PALS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical cases.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Supervise and/or collaborate with CRNAs and other team members.
• Participate in perioperative planning and safety initiatives.
• Respond to emergency airway management and codes as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
