Kennywood Park is seeking a Performance Lead for the Phantom Fall Fest event. This role focuses on directing scare actors and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by providing thrilling performances.

Qualifications

• Must successfully pass an audition and/or character training for this role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of scare actors to ensure event execution.
• Train team members in performance techniques.
• Delight guests with exceptional customer service.
• Monitor team members' costumes and make-up during performances.
