Martin Marietta in Snyder, OK is seeking an experienced Haul Truck Driver to operate a 100-ton off-road haul truck and move materials across the site, including pit to crusher transfers. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a production-focused environment.
The position requires long shifts, adherence to MSHA rules, and flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Training is provided to ensure safe operation and compliance with company procedures.
The Haul Truck Driver plays a vital role in supporting plant operations by safely operating a 100-ton off-road haul truck to transport materials throughout the site. In this position, you’ll be responsible for hauling crushed stone from the pit to the primary crusher, as well as moving materials between stockpiles and other key areas of the plant.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to production efficiency while working in a team-focused environment. Additional responsibilities may include supporting various plant operations as needed. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
All newly hired employees are required to attend New Hire Orientation and Safety Training in person at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas. Attendance is mandatory and is a condition of employment.
To support employees traveling to attend training, mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed for individuals whose commute to the Dallas Corporate Office exceeds 50 miles, in accordance with company travel and reimbursement policies. Additional details regarding travel arrangements and reimbursement procedures will be provided prior to the training date.
Larger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 90 dbs.
