Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive hatchery experience or combination of hatchery and poultry industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate hatchery activities including incubation and hatching.
• Oversee quality assurance/control program.
• Maintain hatchery sanitation and safety policies.
