Job summary

Peco Foods, Inc. is seeking a production associate to operate in a fast-paced poultry processing environment in Pocahontas, Arkansas. You will pull/push heavy racks, assist with breakdown and cleaning tasks, and handle high-pressure hoses as part of daily shift duties.

Applicants must be able to stand for the entire shift and follow safety protocols. This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork and reliability in a manufacturing setting.
