Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a dependable team member to transfer eggs from buggies to setter machines and perform routine machine checks. You will adhere to PPE, safety protocols and company guidelines while supporting daily hatchery operations.
The role requires working nights and weekends, with potential for extended shifts. Prior hatchery experience and basic math skills are preferred to ensure accurate handling and record-keeping.
Primarily responsible for transferring a specified number of eggs from egg buggies to setter machine. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
