Job summary

Lids is seeking a retail sales professional to be the heartbeat of our brand in-store. You will help customers find caps and apparel, share product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional Lids experience with energy and style.

As a cap expert, you’ll maintain meticulous product presentation, meet revenue goals, and adhere to store standards and policies. You’ll work with a friendly team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
