Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Operations Specialist to support Fall Harvest in Ada, MN. You will help dump and load trucks and trains, perform general maintenance, and assist customers in a fast-paced agricultural facility.

Hours are 7 am–7 pm, Monday through Sunday, mid-September to Thanksgiving, with safety and quality at the core of every task. Candidates should be able to lift 75 pounds and operate basic equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and operate machinery.
• Experience in agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with policies.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks for loading/unloading and assist with sampling and hose connections.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery; monitor load-out functions.
• Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Maintain inventory quality and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Perform warehouse tasks including loader operation and forklift use.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance needs to supervisor.
