Job summary

Caviness Beef Packers is seeking Harvest Production Team Members for the initial step of our meat processing facility. You will perform a mix of tasks including preparing product for further processing, cutting, trimming, skinning, sorting, and washing, while standing on concrete or elevated platforms.

The environment is warm and humid, and you will wear protective safety equipment as part of daily duties. We offer training through a new program in your first 90 days and a competitive pay wage

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in warm, humid environment.
• Must wear protective safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for further processing.
• Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash product.
• Use knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with safety guidelines.
