Alco Harvesting LLC is seeking a Harvest Engineer who will report to the Director of Engineering and lead the automation technicians and fleet used in harvest activities. You will collaborate with Operations, Harvest Supervisors, and Mechanics to plan equipment needs, monitor performance, coordinate repairs, and manage costs related to automation equipment.

Preferred candidates have experience with electrical/sensor systems, hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatic controls, fabrication, PLCs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalents experience from an accredited university or college in applicable engineering field.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Familiar with 2D and 3D modelling software.

Responsabilités

• Manage the automation technicians and automated equipment fleet used in harvest activities.
• Plan equipment needs with Operations, Harvest Supervisors, and Mechanics.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, and control equipment costs.
