Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of advanced harness and wiring experience.
Ability to train and mentor others on production processes.
Experience reading BOMs, schematics, and blueprints.
Strong safety, quality and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates advanced techniques and coaches others in production, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Trains team on blueprint interpretation, safe handling, and quality verification.
Leads and verifies final builds to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship.
Mentors on continuous improvement, defect avoidance, and advanced diagnostic techniques.
Coordinates with supervisors to ensure workflow continuity and resolve issues.
