Our new franchise, based in Acton, MA, services over 25 communities in western Middlesex and eastern Worcester Counties. We’re looking for a skilled Hardwood refinisher to serve our customers and help grow our business.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience: demonstrate expertise in hardwood flooring refinishing
2. Reliable transportation and tools: You must have your own transportation and tools to do the contracted jobs. Must have the ability to deliver materials to the job site and haul away waste.
3. Punctuality: We understand that things happen, but we want to ensure that we all agree on a time we can confidently relay that to the client.
4. Attention to detail: Top-notch workmanship and an eye for detail.
5. Customer service skills: Excellent communication with a service-oriented attitude
6. Consistency and reliability: keep your commitments and do what you say
7. Must be able to communicate in English effectively
8. Must carry own liability insurance and be willing to provide a W-9 form
