Job summary

NVIDIA invites students pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field to join a 12-week full-time internship in Santa Clara, CA.

You will work on verification and validation projects with hardware teams, applying SystemVerilog, UVM, and related tools to drive measurable impact. We expect hands-on experience with SystemVerilog/verification methods and knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture, software infrastructure, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a university pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Electronic or related field for the full duration of the internship.
• Anticipated graduation date must be clearly indicated on resume/CV.

Responsibilities

• Work on internship projects with measurable business impact.
• Contribute to hardware verification, testing, and validation efforts.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to validate processor/GPU architectures.
