Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with hardware development, validation, and laboratory debugging.
• Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, digital multimeters (DMMs), and bench power supplies.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.
• Experience supporting board-level or system-level bring-up and validation.
• Experience developing structured test procedures and documenting test results.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware development from prototype through validation and verification.
• Perform board and system bring-up, debugging, and functional testing.
• Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and validation protocols.
• Utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, digital multimeters (DMMs), and power supplies to analyze hardware performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Review schematics and support hardware validation activities.
• Document test results, engineering findings, design changes, and validation reports.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and product objectives.
• Track issues, communicate risks, and provide status updates on assigned deliverables.
• Support design-for-test and manufacturability considerations as products progress through development.
