ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is working with a technology and hardware development leader to hire a Hardware Verification & Validation Engineer in Phoenix.

The role centers on validating hardware through Python-based tests and collaborating with cross-functional product teams to ensure robust designs. You will develop, maintain, and debug tests, translate requirements into procedures, troubleshoot across hardware, firmware, and software, and document issues for repeatable results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware interfaces UART, RS-422, RS-485, SPI, I2C, GPIO, Ethernet, and CAN.
• Proficiency in developing and debugging Python scripts for hardware validation.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and basic CI workflows.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and ability to work with product teams.

Responsibilities
