Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dedicated Tester to validate hardware products and document findings. The role involves thorough testing of components such as motherboard, memory, CPU, LCD and HDD, followed by detailed reporting of issues and KPI data.

Candidates should be able to multitask in a warehouse environment, maintain organized tooling, and follow written instructions precisely. A+ certification is a plus, and a computer-related degree is preferred. OT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Test products and report test results.
• Inspect products thoroughly and document issues.
• Run tests on motherboard, memory, CPU, LCD, HDD and other products as assigned.
• Input required data and store information accurately.
• Submit KPI reports on time and maintain 5S standards in the workspace.
• Assist with ESD audits and keep records up to date.
