Job summary

Vaspire Technologies Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a hands-on Support Engineer to work on NVIDIA GPU and AI system products.

You will join labs to build, debug, and repair GPU boards and server systems, and you will set up test programs, run test suites, and analyze results to drive quality. The role requires 3+ years in PCBA and system validation, a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent), experience with HW/FW upgrades, and strong Linux command skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products setup and validation.
• BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Experience managing HW and FW upgrades.
• Linux or scripting experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving, unpacking and packing of systems in Lab.
• Build, help debug, and repair GPU boards and server products in Lab.
• Setup test programs, run test suites, collect and analyze results.
• Demonstrate strong English communication and detail orientation.

• Applicants should be experienced in x86-based Motherboard or Server platforms and Linux Commands and have strong English skills.


• You must be detail oriented, able to work independently, able to ask questions for clarification as needed, and have a strong sense of urgency.
