GrayMatter Robotics is seeking a Hardware Technician to join their Los Angeles office. In this role, you'll support customers and employees with hardware setup, testing, and technical support.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and assist in documenting assembly processes while ensuring quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing automation and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar field.

We empower shop floor workers with our smart robots that assist with tedious and ergonomically challenging tasks, specifically in automated surface finishing. Our proprietary GMR-AI™ software is integrated with state‑of‑the‑art industrial robots, sensors, and tools to create application‑specific turnkey solutions for customers through a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. As a Hardware Technician, you will join our Hardware Team onsite in our Carson, CA office to help customers and employees with initial setup, training, and ongoing support for our products. You will own the collection of customer requirements & feedback, work with internal engineering teams to improve the product, and identify new opportunities within the customer account. You will be instrumental in supporting the customers we serve, empowering the incredible people who are the backbone of the economy.
