Job Title: Hardware Technician – VLSI Board Design

Experience: 3–5 Years

Requirements:

• 4+ years of technical education
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Electronics or equivalent
• 5 years of experience as a hardware technician in lab or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electronics (digital and analog theory)
• Experience in failure analysis and component-level troubleshooting
• Ability to configure/setup computers and test equipment
• Skilled in soldering rework, including fine pitch SMT
• Experience using power and hand tools
• Familiarity with schematics, BOMs, ECOs (using CAD/document control tools)
• Proficient with Linux and Windows OS
• Basic scripting (Shell, Python)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Mandatory Skill: VLSI Board Design
