Job summary

Groom & Sons Hardware, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking a builder/loader/sales associate for our Athens, Texas location. You will greet customers, assist them, and help create a positive shopping experience while promoting solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, answering inquiries, processing checkouts with proper cash handling, and participating in inventory tasks like cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or related industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities
