Ace Hardware’s independent store location, Benge's Hardware, is seeking leaders with retail management experience to guide daily operations, drive sales, control expenses, and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure customers receive the highest level of service in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of retail management, with roles including shift manager, assistant manager, or store manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Positions include shift manager, assistant manager and store manager.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk up to 8 hours.
