Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is hiring friendly team members to welcome customers and help them find everything they need for a project. No prior hardware experience is required as we provide extensive training and support.

This fast-paced, high-energy environment offers work-life balance, 6–8 hour shifts, and the chance to make a real impact in the local community. You’ll be on your feet most of your shift and must be able to lift 25–30 lbs. We value a helpful attitude and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware is a plus but not required as training is provided.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs.
• Stand for long periods on the job.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work directly with customers welcoming them and helping them find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must lift 25 to 30 lbs.
