Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Hardware Support Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to install, relocate, reconfigure, and maintain hardware, including raised floor and NER equipment. On-site support and auditing of equipment, space, and spare parts inventories are core duties.

The role requires 2+ years in hardware installation and IT environments, with strong troubleshooting and IT standards knowledge. This full-time position expects 3+ on-site days per week in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, OR technical or vocational certification.
  • At least 2 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware such as monitors, small CPUs, and printers.
  • At least 2 years experience within a total IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Installs, relocates, reconfigures, removes, and maintains hardware, voice, and online data processing equipment.
  • Assists with records and audits of equipment, space, and spare parts inventories.
  • Provides break/fix on-site support for equipment within Raised Floor and NER.

Installs, relocates, reconfigures, removes, and maintains hardware, voice, and online data processing equipment. Assists with records and audits of equipment, space, and spare parts inventories. Supports the installation, additions, moves, and changes to Raised Floor and NER equipment. Provides break/fix on-site support for all equipment within a Raised Floor and NER.
