Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Hardware Software Integration Engineer for a 100% remote US role. The position offers full-time Direct W2 status with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $150,000.

We require 6+ years in software engineering within semiconductor environments and strong skills in C, C++, and Python. Experience with EDA workflows, verification, and large-scale compute infrastructure is essential.

Hardware Software Integration Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Software Engineer to design and build software tooling, firmware, and infrastructure that support semiconductor design, verification, manufacturing, and post-silicon validation. In this role you will partner with hardware engineers and EDA teams to build software that accelerates silicon development cycles and improves yield, performance, and quality. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical experience working alongside hardware teams in EDA, verification, or post-silicon environments. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE or related field.
