Job summary

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a skilled engineer to join our Electronic Systems and Cyber Technologies Group in Ruston, LA. The role focuses on hardware security research, PCB design, FPGA prototyping, and mixed-signal circuit testing in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

The candidate should have an MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, familiarity with Verilog/VHDL, and experience with Linux-based embedded systems, Python, and data

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or relevant technical field (Two years of hardware engineering experience can substitute for the Master’s degree)
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance
• Detail oriented with respect to work organization and documentation
• Ability to efficiently evaluate and solve problems
• Self-motivated and able to work on a team both locally and distributed

Responsibilities

• Provide technical research and microelectronics design with emphasis on hardware security and testing
• Design and test PCBs and simulate analog circuits
• Prototype designs on FPGA
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team on hardware trends and vulnerabilities
