Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking friendly, customer-focused team members to welcome and assist shoppers in our Houston-area store. Prior hardware experience is helpful but not required as we provide extensive training.

You will engage customers, guide them to products, and contribute to a lively, supportive team environment. We offer two weeks’ scheduling in advance, competitive benefits including PTO, health coverage, 401K, employee discounts, and company-provided uniforms.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Willing to learn and be trained on hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need in a fast-paced hardware store.
• Provide friendly service and answer questions to assist project needs.
• Support team members and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6–8 hours per shift.
