Redd's Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. Prior hardware experience is a plus but not required, as extensive training is provided.

We value work/life balance and clear communication; two weeks scheduling in advance helps you plan. You’ll work with customers to find items for projects, in a fast-paced, upbeat environment, standing most of your shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow with extensive training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items for their projects.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and provide a friendly, fast service.
• Work in a high-energy environment where time flies.
• Stand for 6 to 8 hours and lift 25–50 lbs when required.
