Job summary

Ace Hardware in Hartington, Nebraska is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. You will help customers find everything they need and be part of a fast-paced, community-focused store.

We offer extensive training, two weeks advance scheduling, and benefits like PTO, health insurance, 401K, and employee discounts. You’ll be on your feet most of the shift and may lift up to 50 lbs.

• No hardware experience required; training provided.
• Able to learn quickly and assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, helping them find items to complete their projects in one trip.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Remain on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
