Job summary

Capital City Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. Previous hardware experience is a plus but not required as we provide extensive training.

The Sales Associate will maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise products, and support the store management team. We train you from day one and you’ll help customers with purchases, from in-store to acehardware.com, and promote Ace

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Maintain outstanding customer service following the SALES process and mystery shop standards.
Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
Assist in daily operations and store management priorities.
Train and develop peers.
Participate in daily huddle meetings.
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
Process new shipments and keep receiving/back stock organized.
Assist customers in locating merchandise and processing special orders.
Encourage customers to open an Ace Rewards Card.
Answer questions on procedures and policies.
