Tullahoma Hardware, a local Ace Hardware store, is hiring sales associates (full time or part time) to help neighbors find the right part, answer project questions, and get them out the door with everything they need in one trip.

Pay ranges from $13 to $18 per hour, based on experience. We’re open seven days a week, so weekend availability including Saturdays is required. Benefits include paid time off, employee discounts, uniform shirts/vests, two-week scheduling, and day-one training.

Formación

• Experience in hardware, home improvement, lumber, plumbing, electrical, paint, the trades or auto parts; retail customer service counts.
• Availability to work seven days a week, Saturdays required.
• Reliable and on time; able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Tullahoma Hardware is a small, family-run Ace Hardware store, locally owned and operated. Pay is $13 to $18 an hour depending on experience. We're open seven days a week, so we need people whose availability fits the store's schedule, including Saturdays.

We're hiring sales associates, full time or part time, to help our neighbors find the right part, answer their project questions, and give them out the door with everything they need in one trip.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in hardware, home improvement, lumber, plumbing, electrical, paint, the trades or auto parts. Retail customer service experience counts too.
• Availability that fits the store's schedule. We're open seven days a week, and Saturdays are a must.
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs
