Job summary

Exowatt is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end programs from design release through supplier onboarding, NPI builds, and volume ramp. Based in our Austin, TX facility, relocation is required with assistance.

You will lead cross-functional plans with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Manufacturing. This high-ownership role thrives in ambiguity and demands rigorous status updates, risk management, and an operating

Qualifications

7+ years of program or project management experience in hardware, with time in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
Proven track record driving NPI programs from prototype through volume production for complex electromechanical/energy systems.
Deep fluency with BOMs, ECOs, PLM, MRP/ERP, tooling timelines, PPAP/FAI, lead times, Incoterms, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Own cross-functional program plans across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) for P3 subsystems and modules; lead phase-gate reviews and coordinate build plans.
Manage supplier program calendar: onboarding, tooling, first-article, PPAP/FAI, and capacity commitments.
Operate production ramp: sequence build slots, material availability, and yield targets against delivery dates.
Identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks before they hit the critical path.
Build the program management operating system with cadences, dashboards, RAID logs, and change-management processes.
