Job summary

Anova is seeking a Product Manager – Hardware Platform to own day-to-day product functions for one of Anova’s hardware verticals. You will manage market discovery, scoping, prototyping, field trials, and launches, working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

You will lead pilots, ECOs, and pricing discussions, translating VoC into concrete product decisions. Travel 10–15% and strong communication are essential for success at Anova.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, field operations, technical program management, or related function, including 2–4 years in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in product, engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams (pilots, releases, ECOs) while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Strong customer-facing instincts: field, phone, and customer site readiness.
• Comfort with data-driven decisions: pulling and analyzing product data.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware platform decisions for a market vertical as the product expert and guide roadmap.
• Capture Voice of Customer (VoC) and engage the market via events and research.
• Develop business cases and plan programs by identifying product-market-fit and pricing implications.
• continually evaluate and improve current solutions, prioritizing feature changes.
• Lead hardware device pilots and field trials, recruit customers, track outcomes, inform go/no-go decisions.
• Drive ECOs and minor design changes from request to release, balancing capacity and roadmap.
• Coordinate sensor compatibility releases with suppliers, engineering, and sales across teams.
