The successful candidate will manage the transition from engineering outputs to scalable operations, ensuring manufacturing readiness, supply chain execution, and quality ramp. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in program management for hardware products and possess strong communication skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Operations Program Management or similar roles in hardware products.
• Direct experience supporting EVT → DVT → PVT → MP transitions.
• Proven ability to manage external partners and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Own operations execution plans aligned to the TPM-led master schedule.
• Coordinate material readiness and logistics for production plans.
• Drive closure of operational dependencies required to support PVT.
