Job summary

Teradyne seeks a HW Interface Project Coordinator in San Jose, CA to lead end-to-end hardware interface development programs for advanced ATE systems. You will coordinate across engineering, suppliers, and operations to meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule targets while driving design reviews and manufacturability.

You will manage PCB design activities (schematic, layout, SI/PI), oversee DFM alignment with suppliers, and ensure readiness at key milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related engineering field.
  • 8+ years of experience in ATE, PCB design, or hardware development environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating or leading technical projects or teams.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed / RF / mixed-signal PCB design and multilayer stack-ups.
  • Familiarity with SI/PI concepts and interpretation of simulation results.
  • Experience with PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro preferred).
  • Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel.

Opportunity Overview

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with disciplined program execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related engineering field

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $135,400 - 216,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
