SEAKR Engineering, Inc. seeks an Hardware Integration & Test Electrical Engineer III to join the Integration and Test team.
In this role you will lead or assist with the integration and testing of spacecraft electronics, coordinate test activities, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a high-quality final product. Responsibilities include planning integration activities, coordinating tests, and serving as SME for the project during production.

As part of the Integration and Test group you will work with a project team through the integration and testing phases of the program, and may serve as the technical lead for the program during the production phase. You will be the subject matter expert for a project(s) and responsible to perform as the test conductor. You will coordinate and perform the integration and characterization of the product and help lead / assist with the implementation of continuation engineering changes as needed. This role includes planning the activities for product integration, characterization and test and then performing those efforts in the lab using standard lab equipment to troubleshoot issues that occur during test to ensure quality final product. Responsibilities for this position:
Compensation: Base payrange is $100,000-125,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
