Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain HIL systems for embedded software validation.
  • Develop Simulink models to interface with HIL hardware and CAN networks.
  • Create HIL wiring schematics, I/O definitions, ECU communication protocol definitions, and supporting documentation.
  • Develop automated test scripts and test cases to execute within HIL frameworks.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of HIL system issues.
  • Ensure system performance meets company and industry standards and supports product requirements.
  • Produce metrics, reports, and traceability documentation for management and compliance.

Job Duties

Design, develop, and maintain Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) systems to support testing and validation of embedded software and control systems.

  • Design and maintain HIL architectures, strategies, and test systems for embedded software validation
  • Develop Simulink models to interface with HIL hardware and CAN networks
  • Create and maintain HIL electrical wiring schematics, I/O definitions, ECU communication protocol definitions, and supporting documentation
  • Develop automated test scripts and test cases to execute within HIL frameworks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Experience with task management and version control tools (JIRA, GitHub)
