Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking outgoing, friendly team members to welcome and assist customers. No previous hardware experience is required as we provide extensive training.

Conwell Enterprises operates the Ace Hardware store in the community with a mission to support neighbors and build a helpful, high-energy team. You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift and lift 25–30 lbs. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401K, employee discounts, and free uniform shirts.

Responsibilities

• You’ll greet customers and help them find items for their projects in one trip.
• You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of the shift (6–8 hours).
• You must lift 25–30 lbs.
